We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We don't charge your credit card until we ship your order and a tracking number or confirmation number from the Carrier is emailed to you. SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
We use FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carriers for all orders. We ship most orders USPS Priority Mail for $5.95. We also ship next-day, 2nd day and 3day guaranteed delivery options. We promote FREE Shipping and offer 5-10% off discounts with coupon code offers. Coupon codes must be used online at checkout.
RETURNS POLICY
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase at PhoneMaverick, we welcome you to return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery subject to the following.
- Product must be returned within 30 days in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
- Product must be returned at your expense through a traceable means e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX.
Simply complete the RETURNS form located on the reverse side of the packing slip in your original order. Send your return item and the RETURNS form to the address on the front of the packing slip.
Beyond our 30-day money-back guarantee, no returns for credit or refund will be accepted, even if the merchandise is defective. However, we will be happy to send warranty contact information to you at your request for warranty satisfaction from the manufacturer. (See Warranty Returns)
WARRANTY RETURNS
Although PhoneMaverick does not separately warrant products, we do pass through all manufacturers’ warranties and will be happy to assist you in warranty support offered by the manufacturer. Please email us at support@phonemaverick.com or call our customer service team if you have any questions about warranties. Note that we make no implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY or of fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any goods or services we sell, and our supplies typically exclude these implied warranties as well. If you encounter an issue with an accessory after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. Each manufacturer offers different warranty periods ranging from six months to lifetime. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on manufacturer warranty replacements.
SALES TAX
Orders shipped to addresses in Florida are subject to state sales tax.

OUR PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
Our Performance Guarantee is uniquely simple. We promise that you will receive your order error free and in good condition. Your charge for delivery and handling will be refunded in the event we do not meet the agreed delivery date. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery for orders involving HAZMATS, drop shipments, third-party billing, customer pickups, and shipments outside the continental U.S., unauthorized transportation carriers, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God. Please inspect products immediately upon receipt and notify PhoneMaverick of any damage or shortage the same day.
